The stuff the bible says and the stuff some Christians do seem to be ridiculously incongruent. Fact is, Christians aren't special in any way from any other people on Earth. Christians have a ton of hang ups and issues and oddities. If you can, try not to let the crazies turn you off from getting to know Jesus.
